Chichester Harbour SUP Trip (11/10)

WHAT TO EXPECT

Date: Sunday 11 October On the water: 9.30am - 3pm Explore a beautiful harbour with big skies and boats-a-plenty. Expect tidal water, open views and plenty of wildlife as we paddle through the harbour. This one is quite different from most, with spectacular scenery, and the most glorious water for us to paddle on. You may even be paddling with jellies! We will be paddling right through the harbour itself, which means we will be paddling near the conservation area so keep your eyes peeled for wildlife along the way. Starting our paddle in Itchenor, we head in-land towards Chichester Marina before reaching our lunchspot for a beachside hangout – and swim if you fancy! Although on a map it looks super narrow, this is a large section of water and we ask that you are comfortable paddling in wind, just in case, although some sections will feel super calm where we tuck in for our tea breaks. __ Our trips are for anyone to join, as long as you are comfortable with the type of water and conditions as described above. We welcome you onto trips even if you've done the route before - we often have paddlers repeat a trip just because they loved the day out! They're all about paddling in beautiful spots with others who are happiest outdoors too!
