River Stour Sudbury SUP Trip (05/07)

WHAT TO EXPECT

Date: Sunday 05 July On the water: 10.00am - 4pm Another stunning section of the Stour, offering a slightly different feel further upstream. Expect willow trees-a-plenty and a tranquil atmosphere. The river is stunning, wild, pretty narrow at parts, depending on the conditions it sometimes includes a little adventure paddling 🙃, 'ditching' (battling through some wild jungle like sections) and passing through lovely stretches of open countryside. Plus, if we're lucky, the cows might be in the river with us! This is a one-way 10km paddle downstream, perfect for a chilled day on the water after we run our morning shuttles. ____ Our trips are for anyone to join, as long as you are comfortable with the type of water and conditions as described above. We welcome you onto trips even if you've done the route before - we often have paddlers repeat a trip just because they loved the day out! They're all about paddling in beautiful spots with others who are happiest outdoors too!
