Cuckmere Haven SUP Adventure

Join us for a striking and memorable paddleboarding adventure at Cuckmere Haven, one of the most dramatic coastal landscapes in Sussex. This trip takes us along the stunning meanders of the Cuckmere River before opening out towards the iconic coastline beneath the Seven Sisters cliffs — a setting that’s as inspiring as it is unforgettable.

The journey itself is full of contrast: peaceful, winding river sections of the meanders, followed by hopping over to the river, paddling with the tide down to the sea for lunch on the beach. The chalk cliffs provide a breathtaking backdrop, and there’s a good chance of spotting birdlife along the marshes and grazing livestock on the valley sides. Please note, this is not a coastal paddle.
