Depending on the service, we will offer:
-
An alternative date
-
An alternative activity or location
-
A credit voucher valid for 12 months

4. Cancellation or Changes by Paddle Cabin
We may reschedule, relocate or cancel a service due to safety, environmental or operational reasons, including:
-
Lightning
-
Strong wind or river flow
-
Minimum numbers not being met

We aim to give 48 hours’ notice, with a minimum of 24 hours where possible. Please bear this in mind when booking necessary accommodation - Paddle Cabin is not liable for associated charges.

If Paddle Cabin cancels your booking entirely, you will be offered:
-
A rescheduled date, or
-
A credit note valid for 12 months, or
-
A refund

If conditions are safe (following qualified risk assessment) and the service runs, dissatisfaction with weather alone does not qualify for a refund. Similarly, Cabin Adventures require flexibility. While we aim to follow the itinerary, activities may change due to weather or safety. No refunds are given for itinerary changes where the trip still runs.
