About the event
An induction to white water SUP at Lee Valley's Legacy Course, safety, how it differs from natural rivers, course etiquette, skills.
This is a coach led session and you'll be taught new skills and increase your confidence along the way. For beginners, we ask that you're comfortable flatwater paddling to make the most out of your introduction on white water.
The induction is split into 2x 1.5 hour sessions - you must attend both. You only need to complete one registration form which confirms your place onto both Session 1 and Session 2. Dates listed below.
