I'm so chuffed to introduce you to a much slicker Paddle Cabin experience before you hit the water!


No more digging through emails or juggling multiple tabs to find your bookings. The new Paddle Cabin app brings everything you love about paddling together in one simple, easy-to-use place. Whether you’re planning your next adventure or just want to check what’s coming up, this app is designed to make your paddling life smoother and more fun.


Membership is free, and the app is completely optional. You can keep booking through a website log in if you prefer, but if you want to simplify your Paddle Cabin experience, this app is worth a try.



How to Get the Paddle Cabin App


Getting started is easy. You can join the app in two ways:


Once you’re in, click on Paddle Cabin and if you see a photo of Hayley, you know you're in the right place!

There's a good list of benefits for why having the app makes your experience even better. Here's what you can expect


  • All your bookings in one place

See every social event, workshop, trip, and adventure you’ve signed up for without searching through emails or websites.


  • Automatic waitlists

If a paddle is full and a spot opens up, the app offers it to the next person automatically. through a notification for you to grab the spot. You'll have 3 hours to claim it before the next person is offered the spot on the waitlist.


  • Real-time availability

Before you book, you can check how many spaces are left. This helps you plan better, especially when popular events fill up fast.


  • Cancel your own bookings

Plans change. You can cancel your spot directly in the app without needing to wait for an email reply.


  • Browse all upcoming adventures

Whether you want to join a social paddle, a workshop, trip or adventure, you can explore all options in one place.



What You Can Do Inside the App


The app offers more than just booking. It’s a hub for your Paddle Cabin community and activities:


  • Book socials, workshops, trips, and adventures easily

  • View all your bookings in 'My Activity'

  • Message Paddle Cabin directly for quick questions

  • Connect with other paddlers by messaging them - perfect for staying in touch after meeting on the water


This makes the app not just a tool for booking but a way to stay connected with those in our community.







Want Paddle cabin on your home screen?

Once you've found us within the Spaces by Wix app, you can totally have Paddle Cabin on your Home Screen. It takes a few seconds to set up.


On iPhone

  1. Click on the three dots at the top

  2. Tap Add to Home Screen

  3. Tap the share icon (square with the arrow)

  4. Tap Add


On Android


  1. Open the app using the link above

  2. Tap the three dots in the corner

  3. Tap Add to Home Screen

  4. Confirm


Finally, let's share on facebook again.

If you've been here a while, you'll know we used to use a private Facebook group to share our photos, arrange to meet others, share advice and tips, and ask questions to the community. It worked pretty well, and hands up, it was a better solution than using an App for sharing stories, for many reasons. So we're heading back.

If you don't have Facebook and would like to be involved, you would need to set up a Facebook profile first. Similar to the new Paddle Cabnin App, this is optional.

I hope you love our new App and the ease of Facebook sharing - it'll take a bit of time to get used to it I'm sure, but I hope you feel it's a super smooth process with having everything finally in one place!
