WHAT TO EXPECT

Date: Saturday 05 September On the water: 9.30am - 3pm A new location for 2026! Paddle through the heart of the Arun Valley amongst tree-lined riverbanks and if you like a countryside paddle where you feel miles from anywhere, this is the one. It’s a meandering river with some narrower sections upstream from Pulborough and big wide openings a little further downstream, so you get the best of both worlds! With kingfishers-a-plenty, we keep our eyes peeled as we meander down the river with the rolling hills of the South Downs in the distance. ____ Our trips are for anyone to join, as long as you are comfortable with the type of water and conditions as described above. We welcome you onto trips even if you've done the route before - we often have paddlers repeat a trip just because they loved the day out! They're all about paddling in beautiful spots with others who are happiest outdoors too! If you're unsure if this trip is for you, or wish to double check your suitability for it, just reach out and we're happy to help!
