3 HOURS (2 x 1.5hr sessions)

An induction to white water SUP at Lee Valley's Legacy Course, safety, how it differs from natural rivers, course etiquette, skills.
This is a coach led session and you'll be taught new skills and increase your confidence along the way. For beginners, we ask that you're comfortable flatwater paddling to make the most out of your introduction on white water.
The induction is split into 2x 1.5 hour sessions - you must attend both. As such, the course cost above includes both sessions.

These two full days of WWSUP Coaching are all about learning paddleboarding skills in North Wales - one of the best spots in the UK for white water paddleboarding.
Every rapid teaches us something new, and no matter your experience on white water, you will come away with increased confidence, respect and improved skills for white water paddleboarding - whether you're in our beginner group or intermediate group.
Plus, tea and cake included! Changing and showering facilities on site too. WW board, paddle, helmet, buoyancy aid included - or bring your own. Please note, accommodation is not included.

Kickstarting our adventure with group white water rafting, we see the emerald waters of Soca Valley for our first time, before hitting the rapids by paddleboard for the next 4 days. Open to both beginner and experienced white water paddlers, we'll group you based on your ability to get the most out of the week for everyone to create the ultimate white water paddleboarding week of adventure.
