I have been to the Paddle Cabin a number of times for the SUP yoga, blue therapy evening and recently went on the Canterbury day trip. Hayley is so welcoming alongside all the other crew members. If you are wanting to try paddleboarding, I really recommend trying through the cabin. The safety is second to none and their passion for being outdoors and

paddleboarding is infectious.
